EXCHANGE / REFUNDS

We want you to absolutely love your Temple of Eros Designs pieces. If you require an exchange due to sizing, we are happy to assist depending on availability of your desired size. Please refer to our Sizing Guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

To request an exchange, please email us at contact@templeoferosdesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, please post your item to:

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs to return the item, as well as the postage for the new item to be sent back to you. To cover this return shipping fee, please purchase a Shipping Return Voucher from our website. If the returned item does not reach us safely, we are unable to complete the exchange, so we recommend using a tracked postage service.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose your pieces carefully. Exchanges are offered for incorrect sizing only, depending on stock availability.

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us as soon as possible and return it to us. Once received, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund, and postage costs for faulty items will be reimbursed to you.
